Free Mayfly in the Classroom teacher training event

mayflyWednesday, 18th May 2011 at Rectory Farm, Bucks. All you need to know about Mayfly and how to run a "mayfly in the classroom" project.

The day will consist of two identical sessions (one morning and one afternoon). Attendance is only required at one session and places are limited to 12 people per session (a total of 24 places). The sessions will be led by Dr Paul Gaskell.

Those people who attend the morning session have the option of an afternoon farm walk and discussion about ways of using the farm for education led by George Eaton of Rectory Farm. For more details about the farm go to www.rectory-farm.org.uk

This is a free event. For those people who are staying for the whole day, please bring a picnic lunch. Coffee and tea will be provided. Suitable footwear and clothing will be required to account for weather conditions during the visit to the river bank.
