The two youthful winners of the KitchenAid Young Baker category (Under 12 and 12-17) will each receive a KitchenAid Artisan 4.8L Tilt Head Stand Mixer (RRP £900) in recognition of their brilliant bread.

Judges for 2015 include Luis Troyano, Great British Bake-off Finalist 2014, Charles Campion, Food Critic, Masterchef, Fiona Hamilton-Fairley, founder, Kids Cookery School, Andrew Whitley, founder of The Village Bakery and Chairman of the Real Bread Campaign and we are delighted that our Chairman of the Judges is once again Stephen Hallam, Master Baker, and Managing Director of Dickinson & Morris.

The awards close to entries on 31 August 2015 and the judging will take place in September. The winners will be announced in October at a harvest supper-style ceremony at St John's Hyde Park, London.

Editor's Notes:

The original KitchenAid Artisan 4.8L Stand Mixer was designed in 1937 by one of the great American style gurus, Egmont Arens, and it remains timeless in its simplicity and function. The Stand Mixer continues to use the same 'planetary action', which sees the beater rotate in one direction while it whisks and turns in the other – the ideal motion for creating perfect dough. www.kitchenaid.co.uk
