Careers Workshops

Bright Crop is a careers initiative that inspires new young talent to consider working in the farming and food supply industry by raising awareness of the opportunities available. It operates UK wide through a network of Ambassadors from the industry, who deliver engaging careers sessions in schools.

The Bright Crop Ambassador community is made up of individuals from a huge variety of backgrounds, including agronomists, scientists, engineers, farmers, geologists and technicians. Volunteering as an Ambassador is a chance to promote your skills to young learners and inform them about the unique career opportunities that are available to them in farming and food supply. Ambassadors have varied roles, from attending careers fairs and giving talks in schools to conducting mock job interviews and more.

We offer a free, two hour induction session to support Ambassadors in preparing to go into schools. To view upcoming sessions and book a place online, visit the What's On page on the Bright Crop website or contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
