Regional contacts
FACE has a team of part-time regional education co-ordinators who can assist schools in finding farms to visit and advise on issues relating to food, farming and education. All the co-ordinators have a teaching background. They also organise training and other events in your area. Select your area from the map or from the menu above.
Scotland
FACE works in England and Wales. For help in Scotland, please contact the Royal Highland Educational Trust.
The Royal Highland Education Trust (RHET) was established in 1999 to provide the opportunity for every child in Scotland to learn about food, farming and the countryside, and to create a wider understanding of the environmental, economic and social realities of rural Scotland.
This is achieved through; farm visits, classroom talks by volunteer farmers, free educational resources, projects and the Royal Highland Show education programme. All RHET services are free to schools in Scotland.
